The Technische Universität Dresden invites applications for a Postdoctoral Research Fellow position in the group of Prof. Dr. med. Nikolaos Perakakis, specializing in the integration of multi-omics data to advance understanding, diagnosis, and treatment of metabolic diseases such as obesity, diabetes, and metabolic-dysfunction associated steatotic liver diseases.
This interdisciplinary team collaborates closely with national and international partners, including the German Center for Diabetes Research (DZD) and King’s College London through the TransCampus initiative.

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in Python and/or R, with experience in relevant libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Bioconductor).
