Work on the Frontlines of Climate Action at ANU
The Australian National University (ANU) is inviting applications for the position of Research Fellow at the Centre for Climate and Energy Policy (CCEP), part of the newly established ANU College of Law, Governance and Public Policy (CLGP). What You’ll Be Working On
In this role, you will focus your efforts on the decarbonisation of the steel industry, with a strong emphasis on China and East Asian economies. Your research will analyse current and future Australia-China value chains in iron and steelmaking. You’ll also contribute to broader CCEP projects related to heavy industry emissions, working collaboratively across teams to produce policy-relevant insights.
The role will employ methods from economics, public policy analysis, and market modelling, and is perfect for those with a background in social sciences applied to energy and environment.
