As a Clinical Intake Officer, you’ll be at the front line of student wellbeing—providing clinical intake, triage assessments, crisis intervention, and referral management. Your work will be closely connected with various ANU services such as Counselling, Student Safety, and community agencies, forming a holistic support network for students.

To be eligible, applicants must hold a degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Nursing, or Occupational Therapy. AHPRA registration is essential for psychologists, nurses, and occupational therapists, while social workers must be eligible for AASW membership.
